BURRIANA, PARIS AND LONDON? Why not Burriana, Paris and New York?

First of all, broch&broch is a familiar company located in Burriana (Castellón), dedicated to design and creation of fashion accessories. Today, we want to share with you a popular idiom that all people from Burriana know “Burriana, París and London” and reflects the proud that we feel for belonging to Burriana. 

A lot of people have heard this expression, several times, between Burriana’s villagers , but from Broch&Broch studio, I ask myself: Why not Burriana, Paris and New York? I’ve always asked myself the true origins of this famous expression. Can we change it?

One of the reasons and also the most known is the orange exportation. Another reason that I could support is the Greenwich meridian and so on.

 Burriana is different due to a lot of things, we’ve always had something special, something to teach and share with the world. Today I want to share with you something curios, something that all art lovers who live in Burriana should know.

''Did you know that Hermenegildo Anglada Camarasa is a Spanish-Catalan painter, a representative figure of a post-impressionism art? His work takes place in the transition between the Catalan Modernism and Noucentrisme of cultural scene. It's interesting to discover a painting called ''Ladies form Burriana'' in one of NY's most famous museums, Hispanic Society Museum.

We, just like others did, want our designs to create media impact, want them to have history. We try to turn a blind eye to the damages the crisis left behind, considering those little details that mark the difference, those which create history and unexpected moments because, if some 'falleras' got to NY, why can't we take one step at a time and reach what we dream about?

Why can't we dictate some new rules? Why can't we dream about a new future? 

We, broch&broch want that our fashion accessories arriving all over the world and make history. Because of that, we work with passion and care the little details. If some women from Burriana arrived to  a New Yorker Museum, Why Could not We arrive wherever we want?
